August 23 – Washington, Cissbury Ring & Chanctonbury Ring

Approx. 20km (12 miles)

August 23 my adventures took me today on a different adventure over the downs which was a lovely change to the normal routes I had been repeating.  Looking on my Alltrails App I found a circular route heading from Washington up to Cissbury Ring, and Chanctonbury Ring and back to the start. I thought that would be great practice as I knew next month I would be covering some of this route in my Ultra Challenge.
