Boxing Day 2023 to 31st March 2024

Knowing, I had my next Ultra Marathon Challenge, 50km April 6^th, 2024, I needed to keep up my training plan which was harder as the weather was always wet, dark and gloomy.  Everywhere was saturated and it was so hard to find the get up and go to get out early mornings, where I would rather be stuck in bed.
