November 23 – Bepton, Midhurst Brickworks & West Lavington

Approx. 14km (9 Miles)

Well, I certainly regretted not having my gaiters on this morning, why I did not put them on I do not know, rushing out early when you are still half asleep has something to do with it.

Heading out at 6.30am, this route is a regular route I often do now, which takes me over Midhurst Common, through to Bepton, venturing back across to Midhurst Brickworks and then heading across up to West Lavington, through Midhurst and back home. About a 14km route taking about 3 hours, and its lovely doing it first thing watching the sun come up as it invigorates you, starting your day in a positive way.
