Discovering new walking adventures, inspiring others to get out, enjoy our surroundings, push to new limits, enjoy life, NEW BOOK CoatOnCoatOffWetFeet

Such a privilege to share another beautiful walk w Such a privilege to share another beautiful walk with our walking group 😍 we are so lucky to have so many lovely walks on our doorstep to enjoy.

Nothing better than getting out once a week with such a friendly joyful group of walkers enjoying the countryside, the fresh air, the laughs and giggles, sharing stories and being there for each other.

Our group is growing week on week and such a pleasure new walkers joined us this week as we headed out to Stedham Mill and then onto the River Rother for our second walk.

More money raised for #westsussexmind too.

Looking forward to next weeks walk at #Durleighmarsh and you can discover all walks on the website www.cocowalks.info or on Facebook
A tougher 6 miles for our group today who did amaz A tougher 6 miles for our group today who did amazing in the humid heat. A few hills to climb and a more challenging route than our normal adventures but still a great walk with beautiful green woods to look at for a change.

A well earned drink and cake for some of us after at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park Centre with the enjoyment of sitting down to rest the legs!!

Thank you everyone who joined today raising more pennies for #westsussexmind and well done you all did great .

Next weeks 2 more relaxed flatter routes, with our final Stedham Mill and River Rother Walks for this year. Follow on Facebook or visit www.cocowalks.info
