Discovering new walking adventures, inspiring others to get out, enjoy our surroundings, push to new limits, enjoy life, NEW BOOK CoatOnCoatOffWetFeet

Exciting News for 'Coat on Coat off Muddy Boots' B Exciting News for 'Coat on Coat off Muddy Boots' Book Launch is that I have an interview on BBC Sussex at 12.40pm tomorrow for their Make a Difference Slot where I will be talking about my new book launching on the 16th May.

My book is based on my adventures of my charity Ultra Challenge events for Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex Charlie's Promise Dreams Come True Charity Midhurst Palliative Care and Friends of Sussex Hospices as well as walking the 200 mile Sussex Hospices Trail across Sussex in all weathers.

My book shares with you the highs and the lows and how when you are stuck deep in mud or a hard situation you can push yourself further, discovering new strengths and a resilience you didn't ever think you had. How setting yourself goals and challenges and chipping away step by step you can achieve great things and help others on the way.

My story takes you on the walks, route by route, showing you what there is to see on each section, as if you are walking the trails with me, sharing the views, the people, the smells, the atmosphere and much more.

My 2 books are written from my heart and carry real emotion, truth, and purpose. My story carries recovery, resilience, and that powerful belief that we only get one shot at life.

Walking has been such a powerful healer for me and I want to encourage others to step out into nature and benefit from what this beautiful countryside offers us. When someone is going through physical recovery or emotional rebuilding, they are not searching for a title, they are searching for hope, for proof that healing is possible, for a voice that understands what it feels like to start again.

That is exactly what Coat on Coat Off Wet Feet & Coat on Coat Off Muddy Boots offers. It is not just a memoir, it is a lived experience that mirrors what so many people are quietly going through. Everything in my stories shows depth and authenticity.

Come along the 16th May at Coskuns Cafe to obtain your signed copy and at the same time support the 2 charities where I will be donating £1 of each book sold to Midhurst Palliative Care and Friends of Sussex Hospices

Such an enjoyable circular 6.5 mile walk through # Such an enjoyable circular 6.5 mile walk through #Petworth Park to #Upperton back through the vineyards and #Tillington this morning for our Coat on Coat Off Wellbeing Walks group. A mixture of hills and flat terrain on our walk and everyone did so well.

Such beautiful bright colours of the wisteria and rhododendron, as well as plenty of deer, horses, lambs, geese and kites to enjoy.

The sun was shining and a perfect walk enjoying the lovely views all around. Next week our walk is back to #Lickfold on Tuesday and remember you can follow all our planned walks on the website www.coatoncoatoffwetfeet.uk 😀
